Build and strengthen Lumen’s topical authority across Zoho CRM, AI, automation, analytics, forecasting and business consulting.
Develop search-led content clusters, supporting pages, expert-led content and internal-linking structures around Lumen’s core services.
Manage relevant paid and earned link acquisition, including researching opportunities, assessing website quality, arranging placements and monitoring results.
Maintain accurate backlink records and monitor referring domains, link relevance, anchor text, traffic, quality and potential risks.
Improve Lumen’s visibility and accurate representation across AI search and answer engines, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot.
Develop and test AI search visibility initiatives using clear entity signals, structured content, FAQs, comparison content, citations, expert information and structured data.
Monitor how Lumen’s services are surfaced, understood and cited in traditional and AI-driven search.
Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEO tools and enquiry data to identify opportunities, measure results and prioritise work.
Diagnose and resolve routine WordPress and technical SEO issues, coordinating more complex fixes when required.
Work with Lumen’s consultants to turn specialist knowledge into accurate, authoritative and commercially useful website content.
Review website enquiries, search performance and conversion data to recommend improvements that generate more qualified leads.
Maintain consistent branding, formatting, accuracy and quality across all Lumen websites.
Use AI tools responsibly, with human review for accuracy, originality, confidentiality and professional quality.
