IDNRemote.com is Indonesia's largest remote job board, founded to help Indonesian digital talents unlock global remote career opportunities.

What started as a simple spreadsheet has grown into a community that supports each other in the remote work landscape, bridging the gap between local talent and global careers.

Our vacancies come from the IDNRemote community and from our own team. Indonesians who already work remotely for global companies share openings from their own teams and networks, so more of us can land remote roles too. It's from Indonesians, for Indonesians: we help each other grow. Our team also actively looks for openings at global remote companies that welcome Indonesian talent.

Anyone in the community, and companies hiring Indonesian talent, can share a vacancy through our Submit Jobs form(opens in new tab). Every vacancy is reviewed before it goes live and stays listed for 30 days, and new ones are also shared with our WhatsApp communities(opens in new tab).

We only list remote vacancies that, at the time of review, accept candidates based in Indonesia, either explicitly or as part of an APAC or worldwide hiring region.

Yes. IDNRemote.com is a job board dedicated to remote jobs, and the vast majority of our listings are fully remote.

Occasionally we also list a hybrid role. When that happens, check the work arrangement and office location in the original posting before you apply.

We do our best to keep every listing safe. Our team reviews each vacancy before it goes live and takes down a reported listing as soon as possible once the report is confirmed. Scammers can still slip through, so please keep these tips in mind when applying:

• Never pay any fee to apply, get interviewed, or receive training or equipment.
• Be wary of requests for sensitive personal data, bank details, or one-time passwords.
• Check that emails and application links come from the company's official domain.
